How to cook Aloo mosammaa stew

This food is one of the most delicious persian stews that used in parties and ceremonies. This persian cooking recipe perform in two types, recipe with lamb and chicken. They only have a difference in meat type and they don’t any differences with them. This persian stew as same as the other persian stews serves with rice.

Ingredients

  • Chicken for each one, 1 piece
  • 2 or 3 Black plum for each one
  • 2 or 3 dried apricot for each one
  • 2 fried onions
  • Sugar 2 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Put the chickens on the heat with a few water and turmeric and after it becomes half cooked, add all plums that you fried them in the oil.

Step 2

After they cooks completely, add onions and sugar to it. after 5 minutes boiling, it’s ready for serve.
