Ghorabieh is a traditional sweet from Tabriz. This sweet is very delicious and expensive in Iran. This sweet in Zanjan is called Ghorabi. It is a persian sweet recipe for cook this delicious sweet.


  • 150 gr Raw almond without skin
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 3 Egg white
  • mix of almonds and sugar and pistachios amount of enough


Step 1

Make powdered almonds and pestle twice sugar and egg white by a meat grinder. If the dough was tight, add a few egg white to it. Knead the dough until It becomes white.

Step 2

Put oil paper in the baking tray and put dough in the form of small circles into the tray with a few space apart them.

Step 3

Pour Mix of almonds and sugar and pistachios on the doughs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F before bake the doughs. bake the doughs in middle of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until make them golden.

Step 4

After they cold, seprate oil papers from sweets. These sweets quickly dry out in the vicinity of the air, then Keep them in the container.
