It is a persian vegetal recipe and it is useful and healthy because this food is without meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggplants
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 garlic cubes
  • 2 Zucchinies
  • 2 to 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 Green pepper
  • Liquid oil

Method

Step 1

Get skin of all materials and fry them in oil.

Step 2

Grate tomatoes and garlics and add it to another pan and add salt to it and fry them together.

Step 3

After fry this mixture, add this sauce to fried materials and boil them for a minute.
