Ingredients

  • Spinach 1 kilo
  • 2 onions
  • Meat 1 kilo or more
  • Cooked barley 1 ½ glass
  • Whey 1 kilo
  • mint 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Cooked barley and crush it. Chop spinaches and mix them with barley.

Step 2

Then add whey to it and if whey is tight, add a little water to it.

Step 3

Add peppermint into the materials and continue stir until it cooks.

Step 4

After cook, garnish it with fried onions and mint.
