  • Paghazeh(a type of leeks) 500 gr
  • 1 onion
  • Flour 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • Grated garlic 1 cube
  • Oil for frying 1 tablespoon
  • 4 to 5 eggs
  • Salt and turmeric

Method

Step 1

Mix chopped paghazeh, garlic, grated onion, flour, salt and turmeric and add eggs to it and mix them again.

Step 2

Pour this mixture in the hot oil for and fry both sides of it.
