Maghzaab is the energic food because it has walnut and whey and it is very useful and healthy for us. Cook this persian cooking recipe with bread.


  • Eggplant 1 kg
  • Whey 500 to 600 gr
  • Lentil 1 cup
  • Red beans 1 cup
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Walnut 250 gr
  • Salt and Turmeric


Step 1

Boil Red beans and onions and lentils and eggplants in a pot and then add chopped walnuts.

Step 2

After they become cook completely, add garlics and hot mint and then add whey.

Step 3

Put the pot on the low heat and let it boil for 20 minutes.
