North of Iran has a lot of special foods. One of the options for north of iran’s foods is that they have pomegranate in a lot of them. The one these persian cooking recipes is pomegranate omelet.


  • 3 Sour pomegranate
  • 3 onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 garlic cubes
  • Oil, salt and pepper


Step 1

Rile eggs in a bowl. Chop garlics and onions and fry them in a pan with a little oil.

Step 2

When garlics and onions be golden, add pomegranate seeds, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Fry them a little until pomegranate seeds be soft. Then for garnish use some pomegranate seeds.
