  • 1 Onion
  • Minced Meat 800 gr
  • Lemon, salt, pepper, oil, tomato paste, tarragon, turmeric
  • 1 potato
  • 1 egg


Step 1

Grate onion and get its water. Add minced meat and grated potato and egg to it. Then add salt, pepper, turmeric and tarragon. Mix and knead the materials completely.

Step 2

Then make bullets from the mixture and fry them in the hot oil. Then add tomato paste and fry them on the low heat.

Step 3

Then add water and lemon juice to be sour completely and let it cooks for 10 to 15 minutes.
