This food is very popular in Markazi(province of Iran) because it has easy and delicious koufteh recipe. This food serves with bread or rice. If your sause does not thick enough or it does not be red enough, add more tomato paste to it. You can add some barberry to its sauce to be more delicious.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat 500 gr
  • 1 onion
  • Chopped parsley 3 tablespoon
  • Tomato paste 2 tablespoon
  • Chickpea flour, salt, pepper

Method

Step 1

Fry tomato paste with 1 tablespoon oil and then add some water until it boils. Grate onion and mix it with meat, parsley, salt and pepper and then Knead.

Step 2

Then, add chickpea flour until mixed materials doesn’t stick to your hand.

Step 3

Then make some bullets from mixed materials and add to the pan that is Boiling and wait to cooks.
