Ingredients

  • Water 5 cups
  • Sesame 1 cup
  • Mung bean 1 cup
  • Rice 1 ½ cup
  • Turmeric 1 tablespoon
  • Pomegranate or sour orange juice 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tablespoon
  • Fried onion

Method

Step 1

Add water to a pot and add it mung beans and let them to cook. Then add rice and mix them. Beat sesames and add them to the mixture

Step 2

Boil pomegranate and add its water to the mixture. Fry an onion with turmeric and then add it to the boiling mixture. Let it cooks on the low heat for 10 minutes.
