How to cook Gizatma

It is a persian vegetal recipe and it is useful and healthy because this food is without meat.

 

  1. Get skin of all materials and fry them in oil. Grate tomatoes and garlics and add it to another pan and add salt to it and fry them together.
  2. After fry this mixture, add this sauce to fried materials and boil them for a minute.
