Certainly, the most popular kebab in Iran is kebab koubideh. Easy recipe, great taste and little ingredients is the reasons why this persian kebab recipe is very popular. Delicious taste of this food is unforgetable. Don’t forget, the best meat that you can use is ribs of lamb. Beacause it has enough fat for cook this kebab.


  1. Mix all of the materials and knead them. Place the mixture on a skewer and form it. (You have to use 1 teaspoon red pepper 1 teaspoon and black pepper)
  2. Grill them and don’t forget it have to has the same heat all of parts of meat and You have to return skewer to cook another side per 4 seconds.
