  1. Fry meats with a small onion and a few turmeric. Then in another pot, put the rice, mung beans, lentils, red beans, white beans and a few turmeric and let it becomes half cooked.
  2. Then drain meat and add its water to the half cooked mixture. Chop meat and add it to the mixture. Then add fried onion, cinnamon, salt and pepper and mix them per 15 minutes. After 3 to 4 hours it’s ready for eat!
