How to cook Maghzaab

Maghzaab is the energic food because it has walnut and whey and it is very useful and healthy for us. Cook this persian cooking recipe with bread.

 

  1. Boil Red beans and onions and lentils and eggplants in a pot and then add chopped walnuts.
  2. After they become cook completely, add garlics and hot mint and then add whey. Put the pot on the low heat and let it boil for 20 minutes.
