Quince is one of healthy fruits. It used a lot in autumn and winter. This stew is from Gilan. It has different taste because quince and plum is the base of this persian cooking recipe. Test and enjoy it! Of course you will love it!
- Chopped Thigh meats in the form of 5 centimeters cubes and fry them a little. Then add fried onion and fry them for a minute.
