Ingredients:

  • 450 g chicken breast
  • Two-pound peas in shell
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Two tablespoons of rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • A teaspoon of chili oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 225 grams of Chinese egg noodles
  • A tablespoon of frying oil
  • Two grated garlic cabbage
  • A red chocolate pepper
  • Two onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed peanuts

Instructions:

Cut the chicken to 9.5 centimeters. Also shred peas shells. To prepare the sauce, mix in a small bowl of soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil and red pepper powder. In a large pot, cook the noodles for 4 to 6 minutes in water and salt, and fry. Then drop it off.

Pour frying oil into the pan. Insert garlic into it for 15 seconds. Pea, pepper and onion for one to two minutes to soften. Remove the vegetables from the pan. Pour half of the chicken into the pan and stir for 2 to 3 minutes to avoid pink. Remove them from the pan. Repeat the same with other chickens.

Put all the chickens back into the pan, add the sauce and then cooked vegetables. Finally pour noodles. Stir well until the sauce goes to eat all the ingredients. At the end add crushed peanuts and serve immediately.

Chili oil ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup frying oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • Two tablespoons red pepper powder

Chili oil instructions:

You can increase the amount of oil by half as much to make it smoother. In a small pot, mix the oil together and heat it over. Then take off heat and then add red pepper. Let it cool. Cover it and leave it inside the refrigerator. With this you will have half a pound of chili oil.

Chili oil is a component of seasonings and spices. The time to prepare the material and its requirements is about 5 minutes and the baking time is about 5 minutes. Note that the amount of raw materials and recipes is suitable for 4 people.
