In recent years, South Korea has become more known for its technology, but foods like Kimchi have changed this story and have been very effective in making Korean food recipes known to the world. Jajangmyeon is the Chinese Noodle with black bean paste of popular Korean-Chinese recipes. This Chinese healthy food (Jajangmyeon) was slightly different in China at first, and cooked better than the recipe for baking today, but after its spread and spread in Korea, the bake recipe changed slightly, and today these two types of food (one with a string Noodle and the other with rice) have many fans in South Korea like Bibimbap. To prepare this Chinese food recipe/ Korean food recipe (Jajangmyeon), you need a sauce or black bean paste that you can buy from Korean food stores or supermarkets.
- 400 grams or Jajangmyeon Normal Noodles
- 5 tablespoons black bean sauce
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 100 grams of veal – small cubes crushed
- 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 large onion – crushed
- 100 g white cabbage – chopped * optional
- 1 medium green squash – finely chopped cubes
- 1 glass of water
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium-sized potatoes – finely chopped cubes
- salt and pepper
First pour the meat into a frying pan and fry with two tablespoons of vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Then add chopped green squash, onions, white cabbage and potatoes to the meat and fry the ingredients for 5 minutes.
Mix black beans with sugar and olive oil and add meat and vegetable. Take the ingredients for a minute, then add a glass of water to the material and let it heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Add corn starch powder to the material and stir well until concentrated.
Bake noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes and pour in the last step and add the noodles to the ingredients and mix them together.
