Crispy Shrimp Sushi, It is not really Sushi, maybe 50% ! – (video + Japanese Sushi recipe)
Years ago, it was afternoon, when I squeezed my head awfully and put on my head. Certainly, the first person’s experience will never come out of the water. But it was satisfactory. Over the years … with good experience and study, I got some good information about Japanese Sushi food and it’s hard to fix it. It’s not really a Sushi, but because of the use of rice and also because it rolls out, such a name is chosen for it. This is not a Japanese Sushi food like Dragon Sushi, Vegetable Sushi, Sushi Maki, Tuna Sushi or Maki zushi because it is not really Japanese Sushi recipe .
- 1 chopped mango
- Half a cup of red onion
- 1 chopped pepper
- 1 avocado chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- A quarter of a cup of coriander
- 4 pounds sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 450 grams of shrimp
- Flour a little
- Toasted flour
- Frying oil a little
- Dry algae sheets (optical) a little
Mix in a large bowl of mangoes, red onions, sweet peppers, avocados, lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and black pepper and stir. Then put it aside.
In another large bowl, mix rice cooked with rice vinegar, sugar and salt and leave it behind.
At this stage, prepare shrimp; pour on salt and black pepper. Then add flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in separate dishes and set aside. Shrimp first in the egg, then white flour, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Fry them in oil until they are completely golden and roasted.
In the last step, put the light (algae sheet) in the left hand. Leave some rice in the third edge of the left lens. Then place two to three shrimp in it. Roll some of the mango sauce onto the stuff and roll it and then put them in the Japanese sushi bowl.
