Ingredients:

  • Pasta 250 g
  • Egg 1 pcs
  • Grilled meat 300 gr
  • Onion 1 pcs
  • Garlic 1 cabbage
  • Tomatoes are 3 medium
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Some olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Thyme 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
  • Pizza cheese or Cheddar or Gouda cheese as much as you need

Ingredients for sauce included:

  • Parmesan cheese 50 g
  • 50 g flour
  • Butter 50 g
  • Milk 400 ml
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg

Instructions:

Chop the onion and fry it with 3 teaspoons of olive oil. When the onion make golden, add grated garlic and pepper. Get the garlic too short. Add meat and pepper.

When the color of the meat is changed, add the powder of cinnamon and salt and pepper and add the pepper. Add the paste and put it to the fry and leave it out.

When the color is changed, add the tomatoes you grate, peel and crumble. Let the meat sauce cook for 15 to 20 minutes, cook it well and drain it. After you have taken the heat, add the thyme. Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Add the flour to the melted butter and peel off the flavor, but do not change color. Add the milk that was precooked to the butter and flour, and stir constantly until the sauce is bullet-proof. Leave it to heat until it cools down.

Add salt and pepper and stir until it reaches its usual concentration in yogurt. Take off the heat. It can also be thicker during cooling, so be careful not to let the sauce on the flame become too thick.

After baking, add the cheese and parchment the cheese and stir it. Pour in water and let it go.

When you drink, add some salt and a spoon of oil to the water and pour it on the pasta until it’s soft, but it’s still a little speckled. Pasta should not be too soft because it loses its shape in the next cooking. Not rigid. I think about 9-10 minutes is good for cooking.

Soak pasta and then, when the paste is evaporated, pour into a container and pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix. Add the egg and mix well. Pour pasta in a bowl that suitable for oven and add oil in it.

Put pastas together very often. With this amount of pasta there are about three rows of pasta on top of each other. Spread the meat sauce and béchamel sauce on the pasta so that it has the same meat content everywhere.

Put the prepared on a broth and mix it with a spoon. Put on grated cheese until all ingredients are covered with cheese. Place the container in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 to 40 minutes. You see that cheese is not golden.

If you do not have this golden cheese, you can turn the grill so that the cheese is completely golden before you bring the dish. Note that do not take these foods immediately after taking out the oven. Because it collapses and forms the form of food. Take a few minutes to rest and then cut and serve.
