Healthy food recipe : Vegetable Sushi, 1000% the best choose for Vegetarians! (video + 2019)

After Shrimp Sushi cake and Sushi maki, Vegetable Sushi is a seafood and healthy Sushi recipe, of course, a diet that is ready to serve in 45 minutes. This Japanese sushi recipe (Vegetable Sushi) made with soy sauce and fresh vegetables.


  • Water: ½ pc
  • Rice: ½ pound
  • White vinegar: 1/3 cup
  • Radish: 6 pcs
  • Scallops: a bunch
  • Yellow Sweet Pepper: A Numbers
  • Carrot: a number
  • Cucumber: one number
  • Seaweed: 4 sheets
  • Avocado: ½ pcs
  • Salt: A teaspoon
  • Sugar: a teaspoonful spoon
  • Soy sauce: To the desired amount for serving


Sprinkle prepared sushi rice with a bowl and then pour it into a large bowl. Mix vinegar with salt and sugar. Mix vinegar on rice and crush them with a wooden spoon.

Cover the bowl with a wet towel and let the ducks prepare the sushi vegetables. Wash and peel all the vegetables (carrots, avocados, sweet peppers, cucumbers, onions and radishes) and we shave them like a match basket. (How to cut carrots and cucumbers for Japanese sushi rolls).

Mix the chopped avocados with a little lint of water until dark. Place the sushi roll on the table and spread an oiled sheet of paper on it. Divide the rice into 4 parts and spread it on an oily paper. The amount of rice should be slightly (2 cm) larger than the algae. Then place the algae on a rice pad, so that the algae’s shiny side is down.

Divide the crushed vegetables into 4 parts and cut 1 part along the length of the algal leaf. Vegetables arranged on algae should not be too close to the edges; they will cause problems when rolling.

After picking vegetables, soak your hand and gently roll from the spot closer to you, roll the sushi with a pad for roll-down sushi. If the rice was sticking to the paper roll while rolling, wet it with the rest of the material.

After rolling with the rest of the material, make 3 other sushi rolls. Cover the sushi with a damp towel until it’s dry. At the time of serving, cut each sushi roll with a sharp knife into 4 pieces and serve each of the 4 slices for one person with a little soy sauce.
