How to cook Beef Tenderloin Bruschetta steak with brown butter sauce? – Italian steak recipe
Bruschetta is an Italian steak recipe. The amount of material required for the 8th person is enough for everyone to get 2 pieces of this delicious Bruschetta.
- Tenderloin steak or beef meat: 120 g
- Shaved Mango: ½ pound
- French Baguette Bread: 16 Pieces
- Fresh Coriander Leaf: 2 tablespoon
- Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
- Red pepper: 2 pcs
- Salt: A tablespoon
- Butter Juice: One tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil: One tablespoon
- Sugar: ½ teaspoonful
- Yellow mustard seeds: ½ teaspoonful
- Pepper: ⅛ teaspoon
- Turmeric: ⅛ teaspoon
Chop the red pepper. Mix it with coriander leaves, red pepper, lemon juice, sugar, salt and turmeric in a small bowl of and place for 15 minutes at room temperature. Heat the oil in a small Teflon pot in medium temperature.
Pour a mustard seed into the pot, and soak up (about 90 seconds) until the mustard seeds open. Add the remaining mustard seeds and stir so thoroughly until oil is added. Leave it in the pot and continue for 30 seconds or until all seeds are stirred. Shake the pot slowly. Put the butter in the pot and leave the lid in the pot. Shake the pot ongoing for about 30 seconds.

Wait about 5 minutes to slightly soak the steak, then cut it from the middle to the thinner layers.
You can take Bruschetta diagonally in the thickness of 1.5 cm (you can also use the bread) and pan with butter. Put the roasted bread on a flat surface and place some fried meat or striped steak on them and mix the mango and mustard seeds on it.
