Ingredients:

  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 small white horseradish
  • 1 small zucchini

  • Spicy Korean Pasta
  • 3 grated garlic cloves

  • 4 cups of white rice cooked
  • 4 small stone bowls

Instruction:

First to cook this Korean food recipe, wash rice thoroughly with cold water three times and pour them in a drain and hold your right hand over the rice and open the cold water. Slice the calf fillet into thin pieces and mix them with soy sauce, pepper, oil, garlic and a little sugar. Allow the fillet to fry on the heat to become golden. Wash the dried mushrooms by water to soften well. Then combine them with oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper.

Cut the carrot and horseradish and cabbage. Pour a little oil into a pan and let it hot. Now add the carrots with a little garlic and salt and pepper into the pan and then pour into a bowl. Do this also with cabbage and horseradish.

Add a little oil in each bowl. Divide the rice between the four bowls equitably.
