  • Rice 3 glass
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Scallion
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil 0.5 tablespoon
  • roasted sesame seeds 0.5 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper


First fry chopped Scallions with oil for 3 minutes. Mix eggs together in a bowl. Add soy sauce to the scallions. Then add eggs to it. when the eggs start to tighten, add cooked rice with salt and pepper to this mixture and heat them for 4 minutes. Put mixture in a dish and add sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds to it. It’s ready to eat!
