Ingredients:

  • Sliced meat 450 grams
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large tomato

  • Salt and pepper in sufficient quantities

To make dough:

  • 6 pcs of white flour
  • Sugar 1/8 teaspoonful
  • 1/2 teaspoon dough
  • Hot water 2 and 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 and 1/4 teaspoons

Instructions:

Pour yeast with a little sugar in warm water (2 and 1/4 cup) and dissolve. Mix the flour and salt in a large container. Then add the dissolved paste to it. You can pour the ingredients into a maker or, for a few minutes, mix with a mixer to prepare the dough. But the other way is to manipulate the material. Of course, the manual method will take longer. Once the dough is thoroughly coated, cover the dish and let the dough stay for 20 minutes. Prepare meat at this time.

Preheat pine seeds and shredded onions and tomatoes. Place a large frying pan on the flame to make it hot. Then add two tablespoons of oil and fry the chopped onion for a few minutes to make it golden. Add the minced meat along with the spices and stir two to three minutes until the meat turns brown. Add chopped tomatoes and strain until the water gets slightly steamed. At the end, add pomegranate paste and pine seeds and parsley (and if you like lemon juice), add 3 minutes. Take the meat out of the flame and leave it behind.

Turn the oven at 175 Β° C. When the dough is prepared, spread it in circles of 20 cm in diameter and less than 1 cm in thickness, and place it on the oven tray. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of meat into each dough and spread it in proportion.
