After Lamb Bhuna, Rasmalai, Tandoori chicken, Butter chicken and Papri chaat, we want to introduce Indian bread recipe. Indian garlic bread, like candy flavor, has a good taste and a taste of simple but delicious evening meal.
Ingredients for the preparation of dough:
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 200 g flour all-purpose
- A fist of crushed coriander leaves
- A quarter teaspoon of salt
- A half teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Yogurt without water
- 2 tbsp milk
- Bread Ingredients:
- 2 slices of garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon animal oil
Mix inside a small bowl of baking powder and sugar together with a tablespoon of warm water to allow the yeast to be activated. Keep the mixture in place for 5 minutes in a warm place until it is finished on the floor.
In this case, add another bowl of flour, coriander, salt and baking powder.
When the yoghurt is fried, add it with oil, yogurt and milk to the mixture of flour.
With a bit of wet hands, start to shape the dough and spread it until soft pulp is created.
Put the dough into a bowl and put it on a shelf in a warm environment for at least an hour to allow more volume.
Divide the dough into several pieces (here, 4 dough balls) and place them on the surface of the dies.
Inside the small pan, heat some butter or animal oil. Slice the garlic into it until it’s softened.
Pull the dough ball a little flat. Put a spoon of softened garlic (no large butter) in the middle of the dough, place the dough sides on the garlic in the middle part, again put the dough with a roll to form a tear to a thickness Open half a centimeter.
Warm the pan and cook one side of the bread for 1-2 minutes until it is browned.
Transfer the bread into the grill tray, cook for 2 to 5 minutes, until all bubbles have formed on its surface.
Serve on butter and garlic. This bread is served with any meal, especially with a meal that has a lot of tomato sauce.
