Ingredients for the preparation of cream cheese:
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Ingredients for aromatic milk:
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tablespoon of rose water
- 2 green pearls
- A saucepan pink
- 3 tablespoons chopped pistachio to decorate
Ingredients for the syrup:
- 750 ml of water
- 200 g sugar
In order to make cream cheese, bring the milk into a large deep pot to bring it to a boil until it doesn’t burn. Add the lemon juice and know that milk and lemon juice are separated from each other. Insert the filter into the squeegee. Pour the lemon juice into it and squeeze the edges so that extra fluid can be removed. Pull the fabric out of place to completely remove water.

Pour the water into the pot to boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the syrup from the heat Put the cheese balls in for 5 minutes. Extend the syrup to the steam. Take the extracted cheese balls from the syrup onto a specialty towel to cook extra to remove excess syrup.
