Indian food recipe : Papri chaat, strange and complex food similar India! – [video + 2019]

Papri ingredients:

  • 40 grams of brown sugar
  • 450 ml of water

  • Half teaspoons of zinger powder
  • Half teaspoons of hot pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt rock

Spicy pea ingredients:

  • 1 pound of green chili pepper
  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder powdered
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • One-fourth of a teaspoon of hot pepper powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt rock
  • Salt

Instructions:

To prepare this Indian food recipe:

Mix all the flour, salt and ginger in a bowl. Add the oil to the contents of the bowl and start to dough and knead it until the desired paste is obtained. Make the pulp balls slightly larger than the gooseberries. Unlock all balls with rods to the extent that they are converted to circles of 5-4 cm in diameter.
