Ingredients:

  • Eggplant 1 kg
  • 1 pc walnut
  • Aromatic vegetables (Chochagh, peppermint, Khalvash) 3-4 g
  • 1 garlic garlic
  • Pomegranate juice 1 glass
  • Pomegranate ½ glass
  • Salt and hogweed

Instructions:

In this Persian food recipe, squeeze pomegranate, walnuts, vegetables and garlic in a rock pot.
