After Pinchito, Patatas bravas, Crema Catalana, Croquettes, Arroz tapado, Paella and Garlic soup, it is time to introduce a food for vegetarians from Spain. Pisto Manchego is a traditional Spanish food recipe that is very similar to Mirza Ghasemi and is very simple and delicious and you always have the ingredients you need to make it at home. This meal, like Mirza Ghasemi, is served with fried eggs. This Spanish vegetarian food comes from the area of Lamancha, located in the center of Spain. The root of this food is likely to be Morocco and returns to Spain. In the traditional sense, this is not about tomatoes and pepper, because until the sixteenth century and the discovery of the United States there was no news about the two plants in Europe. Serve this food with fried bread and if you are not a vegetarian, serve it with egg boiled, simmered or fried.

Lower the flame and wait until tomato juice evaporates. Add pepper, thyme, pepper, pepper, and pepper. After 10 minutes or when the flour is softened, add vinegar and serve the food.
In the traditional way, cook this vegetable so much so that it is completely crushed. It is better to pepper the grits first and peel, then add to the food. They serve this food as calm and cold.
