Pisto Manchego is a traditional Spanish food recipe that is very similar to Mirza Ghasemi and is very simple and delicious and you always have the ingredients you need to make it at home. This meal, like Mirza Ghasemi, is served with fried eggs. This Spanish vegetarian food (Pisto Manchego) comes from the area of Lamancha, located in the center of Spain. The root of this food is likely to be Morocco and returns to Spain. In the traditional sense, this is not about tomatoes and pepper, because until the sixteenth century and the discovery of the United States there was no news about the two plants in Europe. Serve this Spanish vegetarian food (Pisto Manchego) with fried bread and if you are not a vegetarian, serve it with egg boiled, simmered or fried.
- Liquid or olive oil: 100 ml
- 2 medium red onion
- Chopped garlic: 4 cubes
- Black cumin: 1 teaspoon sprouts: 3 cubes
- Medium tomato: 4 cubes
- Medium coconut: 3 cubes
- Red pepper: 2 pcs.
- Thyme: 1 teaspoon
- Red vinegar: 2 tablespoons

Half of the oil in a pan over medium flame and heat the onion and garlic for 5 minutes to soften. Then remove from the pan.
