Pisto Manchego is a traditional Spanish food recipe that is very similar to Mirza Ghasemi and is very simple and delicious and you always have the ingredients you need to make it at home. This meal, like Mirza Ghasemi, is served with fried eggs. This Spanish vegetarian food comes from the area of Lamancha, located in the center of Spain. - Liquid or olive oil: 100 ml
