- Boiled egg / 2 to 110-120 g
- Aromatic herbs (tarragon, parsley) / some
Grind the potatoes after peeling. Then add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grind both cheese and add egg and wheat flour to potatoes and stir.
Pour 2 tablespoons of liquid oil into the oven and heat. Then take potatoes to the desired amount and fry in oil. Fry the potato from each side for three to five minutes to make it golden. Then place in the filter to remove excess oil. Put the ingredients in the desired container.
